I have been on PatenTrim for a month. I did not see dramatic results as advertised. I did not drop any pounds however I did notice a leaner body and much more loose fitting clothing - its probably because muscle weighs more than fat. My weight didnt drop much (if any) but my clothes felt so much more looser on my body! So I'm sure its working a bit.

I work out daily for 20 mins on the elipitical and counted calories. My eating habits are not perfect, but I try to keep my calorie consumption down. Also my job forces me to be sedimentary so I'm not very active most of the day. When I am walking a lot or active, I do notice a significant shift in the way my clothes feel (more loose).

Overall, I like the product. I had no side affects and wasnt forced to be near a bathroom. The con is remembering to take the 4 pills before a meal and the high price tag. I am going to try the product for another month and see if I obtain better results with more use.

 

Patentrim Seems to work, July 2, 2009

I have been taking Patentrim for two weeks now and have lost 8 lbs. I did cut my calories to 1400 a day and have been walking 20 mins a day, but when I have dieted in the past I ate 1200 calories and walked 3 miles a day and without using Patentrim I would lose 5 lbs the first week then 2 lbs every week aftewards. With Patenttrim I have already seen better results. I feel great and have a lot more energy. This has been by far the easiest diet I have ever been on (and I have been on a lot) I am not constantly thinking about food as with other diets since the 1400 calories I have been eating is quite a lot of food. I would definitely recommend These pills to anyone trying to lose weight

I was ecstatic to try Patentrim. I took it as recommended on the bottle for one month. I also started running every day. I DID end up losing about 6 pounds, but I attribute that to running. Patentrim didn't seem to help me at all. I felt exactly the same as I did before taking it. I would recommend something a little stronger.

On the plus side, I contacted customer service and sent it back for a refund.
